Qualifications

• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Strong motion graphics and design skills
• Strong understanding of sound design and how audio contributes to an edit
• Experience editing content specifically for digital and social platforms
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into workflows
• Demonstrated curiosity around emerging creative technology and testing new tools
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video content for paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Collaborate with Branding to create polished video content for website, social media, and campaigns
• Help evolve the look and feel of StemWave video content
• Identify opportunities to improve the video production pipeline through AI, automation, and new tools
• Share tools and workflows with the team to increase efficiency and output
• Maintain high creative standards while delivering 4–7 completed edits per week
