KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to join our fully remote team. You will edit, produce, and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta platforms, turning raw UGC into high-converting DR ads for DTC brands, with 8 briefs per week and a focus on speed and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of DTC video editing, strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills, and experience running an AI stack in production. You’ll collaborate with founders to scale campaigns and maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in direct response video editing for DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of direct response principles and ad formats on Meta platforms.
• Experience running an AI stack in production to speed up editing workflows.

Responsabilités

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week, maintaining volume and quality.
• Collaborate with the creative strategy team to bring ad concepts to life.
• Maintain brand alignment and performance targets across campaigns.
