Ethos is seeking an experienced head of document production to review and refine AI‑generated business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and brand adherence before client delivery, working across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google equivalents.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, focusing on high‑quality editorial craftsmanship and cross‑document integrity for executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/editorial/production reviewing business documents before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of document production who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for heads of document production with 5+ years reviewing, proofing, and quality-checking business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: board‑ready slide deck formatting reviews, financial model and spreadsheet formula audits, executive memo proofing passes, brand and template compliance checklists, client‑facing proposal document reviews, and cross‑document consistency trackers.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
