Qualificações

• Genuine previous Document Controller experience within design/construction/engineering projects.
• Experience managing design documents, technical drawings, document storage, issue, distribution, revisions and updated client information.
• Ability to receive revised drawings, review info, identify changes and track revisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail across multiple document versions and changes.
• Structured document-control discipline rather than general organization.
• Experience with document control systems, storage and management, and revision tracking.
• Procore experience is a plus; comparable platforms welcomed.
• Experience with construction or design/engineering project systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage storage, issue, tracking and control of design documentation across projects.
• Store design documents and technical drawings in the correct location, version and revision.
• Issue and distribute documents to internal teams.
• Receive revised drawings and documents from clients.
• Review incoming information and identify changes; track revisions.
• Ensure updated information is properly controlled and reaches internal teams.
• Ensure correct version, revision and information are stored and issued across the project lifecycle.
• Apply structured document-control practices across multiple versions and design changes.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes exchanged with clients and internal teams.
