Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, MDS, ARCA to lead the design and deployment of route-to-market models, drive growth across the North Region, and align bottlers, franchise leaders, and senior teams around a scalable commercial agenda.

You will guide multi-stakeholder strategic projects, develop tools and KPIs to measure performance, and collaborate with channel specialists to accelerate opportunities across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, D2C, and Digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in Coca-Cola System or CPG industry.
• Deep knowledge in Marketing, Commercial Strategy and RTM across multiple markets.
• Proven experience with Bottlers and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design RTM models to maximize growth for the full beverage portfolio in ARCA.
• Lead negotiation and implementation of RTM models with bottlers.
• Drive strategic projects with multi-stakeholder alignment.
• Develop execution toolkits and KPIs for commercial performance.
• Lead development of bottler capability tools and alignment.
• Engage regional teams across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, D2C, and Digital.
• Set long-term RTM vision and priorities for the bottling system.
