Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. is seeking an Account Developer to coach DSPs and Operations Managers, manage customer relationships, and drive volume growth through effective route execution and promotions.

You will coordinate with Sales leadership to ensure readiness of tools, train on CRS objectives, and monitor store performance while expanding outlet penetration and optimizing SKU placement. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-Related Courses.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to travel.
• Must possess a professional driver's license and be able to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Take Off (PTO) and CRS coaching; prepare weekly CRS training objectives and ensure readiness of routes and tools.
• Deliver customer service through relationship management and resolve delivery concerns promptly; provide feedback to partners and superiors; ensure price compliance.
• Achieve volume objectives and revenue targets by delivering high-quality service and negotiating for incremental business; monitor promotional program execution.
• Coordinate new outlets openings and placement of key SKUs including new product launches; upgrade outlets to higher-tier stores.
• Follows support-function processes and offers process-improvement suggestions from daily experience.
