Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a seasoned quality assurance and compliance leader to manage QA operations, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory and vendor quality standards. The role requires coordinating regional teams, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate will have deep garment industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in quality assurance, compliance, engineering or manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Knowledge of latest quality management and good manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional QA teams to meet quality requirements and comply with legal regulations.
• Manage KPI to drive operational excellence.
• Assess and improve standard operating procedures and processes.
• Maintain vendor/supplier scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion performance management to develop teams and build succession plans.
• Collaborate to develop vendor/factory training programs for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Support QA Apps system development to improve inspection efficiency and data reporting.
• Engage stakeholders to build strong internal and external partnerships.
