CDC Manufacturing Corporation (Melawares) in Metro Manila, Caloocan seeks a seasoned QA leader to supervise the QA team and drive quality initiatives across the manufacturing process. You will develop standards, oversee inspections, and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of QA/QC in manufacturing, 2–3 years in a supervisory role, and strong root-cause analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Must have at least 5 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and corrective actions.
• Leadership, analytics, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise the QA team and daily quality activities.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and inspection processes.
• Monitor product and production quality from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Investigate quality issues, defects, and customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate customer/supplier audits.
• Analyze quality performance and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
• Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to Management.
