Job summary

Dencom Consultancy & Manpower Services is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee the quality assurance operations at its manufacturing facility. The role ensures products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, with hands-on leadership and a drive for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will supervise the QA team, develop procedures, monitor processes, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the quality field.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools and other inspection/quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Can start ASAP and willing to attend face-to-face interviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the QA team in daily inspection and quality control activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and inspection standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Prepare and review quality reports, documentation, and inspection records.
• Train and mentor QA staff on inspection techniques, 7 QC tools and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to ISO or company quality systems.
