Reliance Producers Cooperative is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the QC team in a garment manufacturing environment. The role focuses on preventing defects, implementing robust QC systems, and driving continual improvement across production.

Qualifications

• Engineering/garment-related degree required.
• 5+ years in QC/QA with 2–3 years in supervisory role in garment industry.
• Knowledge of garment construction, sewing, fabric inspection, and QC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QC team to ensure quality standards across production.
• Develop and maintain QC procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
• Oversee inspections from incoming materials to final shipment.
• Monitor processes and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and CAPA implementations.
• Collaborate with Production, Technical, Merchandising, Planning.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry requirements.
• Analyze quality data and prepare improvement reports.
• Lead internal audits and support supplier/customer audits.
• Train and develop QC personnel.
• Drive defect reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Promote culture of quality and continuous improvement.
