Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Sr. Director for Operations to lead processing operations across multiple sub-functions. You will drive staffing, ensure regulatory compliance with SEC, FINRA, IRS, and DOL, and guide strategic initiatives for quality, productivity, and service delivery.

You will coach leaders, manage complex client matters, and present capabilities to clients while coordinating system changes and process improvements to support business growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or four additional years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of four years of management experience.
• FINRA fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Processing Operations activities, monitor performance results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and develop subordinate leaders, establish performance expectations, and ensure staffing and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, IRS, DOL, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Set annual goals, priorities, and performance objectives aligned with organizational requirements.
• Evaluate policy exceptions within delegated authority, considering regulatory and financial impacts.
• Coordinate system changes and validate implementations to support operations.
• Monitor deadlines, service commitments, and turnaround times to maintain quality standards.
• Address complex client escalations and ensure fair handling of complaints.
