Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four extra years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of four years of management experience.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• Strong supervisory and people leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and policies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and complex client matters.
• Ability to perform FINRA-registered functions when licensed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Processing Operations activities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop subordinate leaders, establish staffing and resource allocation, and ensure accountability.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, IRS, DOL, policies, and procedures.
• Set annual goals and objectives aligned with organizational requirements.
• Evaluate policy exceptions within delegated authority, considering regulatory requirements and financial impact.
• Oversee projects affecting procedures, systems, services, and forms.
• Coordinate system changes to support operations and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about issues and escalations.
• Coach employees, manage performance, and plan organizational structure.
