Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Personal Wealth and Specialized Operations to lead Wealth Management, Asset Retention, and related functions in the Philippines in collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

You will translate strategy into operating plans, drive performance against KPIs, develop leaders, and ensure risk and regulatory compliance across multiple teams. The role requires 10–12+ years in wealth management, 8+ years in management, FINRA

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
10–12+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services operations.
8+ years of management or leadership experience.
FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 registrations required; Series 63/65 may substitute.
Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Wealth Management and related operations.
Translate strategy into operating plans and set performance expectations for leaders.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with U.S.-based stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and supervisory controls across functions.
Develop leadership through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
