Job summary

Chubb Philippines is seeking a senior operations leader to drive performance across all lines of business in the country. You will align country execution with regional transformation programmes, manage critical stakeholders, and oversee budget and risk controls.

The role requires strong capability in leading complex teams, delivering efficiency gains, and embedding continuous improvement across the operation. A strategic partner to the Country President and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management within financial services or insurance.
• Experience across multiple LOBs in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead in matrix organisations and drive transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance across all LOBs in the Philippines.
• Develop and report KPIs for Country President and APAC Ops & Transformation.
• Lead risk management, audits readiness, and BCP in operations.
• Drive capacity planning and resource optimisation for business volumes.
• Develop SOPs, governance, and cost optimisation without compromising service.
