Job summary

Chubb External in the Philippines is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to collaborate with the Claims Manager and drive strategic initiatives that boost efficiency while preserving excellent customer service.

You will build a framework for Reporting, Quality Audits, and Training, translate performance data into actionable insights, and drive standardized processes, audits, and training programs across Operations and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional Operations and Support teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data to drive process improvements.
• Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to assess current claims processes for inefficiencies.
• Use analytics and metrics to evaluate impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Design and execute Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile projects to improve workflows.
• Prioritize initiatives with Claims Manager based on impact.
• Oversee collection and analysis of performance data for insights.
• Design and implement a systematic quality audit process.
• Evaluate training programs and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and analyzing standardized processes.
• Communicate significant quality issues and opportunities to management.
