Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management
• Experience across multiple LOBs in regulated financial services or insurance
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a complex organisation
• Track record of transformation outcomes with efficiency gains or cost reduction
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Clear, confident communicator across executive and working levels
• Commercial acumen and budget management experience

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance across all LOBs in the Philippines, ensuring service standards, SLAs and controls.
• Develop, monitor and report KPIs; produce dashboards for Country President and APAC function.
• Lead performance reviews, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Manage operational risk, audits, BCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimisation for volumes and staffing.
• Develop SOPs, governance and vendor relationships; monitor contracts and escalation.
• Oversee budgets and identify cost optimisation opportunities while maintaining service.
• Foster a high-performance operations culture and continuous improvement.
