Job summary

Chubb is seeking a senior in-country Operations Leader for the Philippines to drive performance across all lines of business and lead the local delivery of APAC-wide transformation programmes.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with country and regional leaders to ensure governance, risk controls, and efficient, scalable processes while shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in operations leadership and transformation delivery.
• Experience working across multiple lines of business or product portfolios in regulated financial services or insurance.
• Proven ability to develop and lead operational teams in a matrixed organisation.
• Track record of delivering transformation outcomes with measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior country and regional leadership.
• Clear, confident communicator in executive briefings and written reporting.
• Commercial acumen; able to build and defend a business case and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance across all LOBs in the Philippines and ensure service standards, SLAs, and controls.
• Develop and report operational KPIs and performance dashboards for the Country President and APAC function.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews, identify root causes, and drive corrective action.
• Manage operational risk, including controls, audit readiness, BCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimisation across operational teams.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage vendor and third-party operations relationships and contracts.
• Oversee budget development and monitor expenditures for cost optimisation.
• Foster a high-performance operations culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead APAC-wide transformation programmes in-country and translate regional strategy into local delivery plans.
• Drive automation, workflow platform initiatives, and digital intake to reduce manual processes.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for country and regional audiences.
• Build a culture of improvement and innovation within the operations team.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, IT, Legal, and HR to ensure regulatory alignment.
