Chubb Life Hong Kong is seeking a senior in-country Operations Leader for the Philippines, based in Makati. You will own day-to-day performance across all LOBs, drive transformation, and serve as the primary operations lead for the Country President and APAC initiatives.

You will navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, lead cross-functional teams, enforce governance, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and risk management, while aligning with regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations management within regulated financial services or insurance environments.
• Ability to manage and develop operational teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record delivering transformation with measurable outcomes (efficiency, cost, FTE).
• Strong stakeholder management with senior country and regional leadership.
• Credible communicator in executive briefings and written reporting.
• Commercial acumen with ability to build and defend a business case.
• Experience across multiple lines of business or product portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operational performance across all LOBs in the Philippines, ensuring service standards, SLAs, and controls.
• Develop and report KPIs and dashboards for Country President and APAC function.
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization across operations teams.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage vendor and third-party operations relationships and contract compliance.
• Oversee operational budget development and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance, improvement-focused operations culture.
