Job summary

Chubb External in the Philippines seeks a Head of Digital Partnerships to lead revenue growth through strategic alliances with digital distribution partners. You will work closely with regional and local teams to drive multi-layered partnerships and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include building a digital team in the Philippines, shaping long-term strategic visions for key partnerships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across product, marketing, and sales to deliver profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management/ Digital or related fields.
• MBA is preferable.
• Experience in Digital or Data Partnerships, especially with system integration and insurance.
• Leadership experience managing a team for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and be fully responsible for all financial targets relating to Digital Distribution Channel & Partnerships.
• Collaborate with business lines to grow Digital Partnerships and achieve financial targets.
• Build Digital team in the Philippines and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop plans to maximize partner value and manage product roadmaps and customer experience.
• Lead workshops with partners to refine product roadmaps and service propositions.
• Drive revenue growth with regional and local teams, tracking key metrics and performance.
