The successful candidate will design and deliver instructor-led, online, and micro-learning solutions, manage a diverse program portfolio, and lead cross-functional teams to measure

Qualifications

• Senior leader with extensive LD/OD experience and global exposure.
• Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate learning programs.
• Experience managing a team in a global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance problems and implement interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide learning and organizational development initiatives aligned to strategy.
• Reinforce a learning culture and design innovative programs for all employees.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify gaps with actionable solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and HR partners.
• Influence learning strategy using data from surveys and feedback.
• Create instructor-led, e-learning, and micro-learning solutions.
• Lead management and individual contributor development across leadership levels.
• Integrate D&I into Learning & Organizational Development where appropriate.
• Budget preparation and resource management for geography and programs.
