Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil seeks a strategic Head of Learning & Development (SAVP) to lead enterprise learning initiatives for a diversified Philippine conglomerate. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this role will oversee two managers within the HR Center of Excellence and drive learning strategies to strengthen organizational capability.

You will develop and execute the enterprise L&D roadmap, lead needs analyses, design leadership and technical programs, manage budgets and vendors, and measure impact

• Extensive leadership experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong expertise in training strategy, talent development, and capability building.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
