Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across fund accounting and client services. You will oversee complex, high-volume operations, allocate resources, and develop talent while guiding cross-functional teams to meet departmental goals.

The role emphasizes tactical execution, process improvements, and sustained performance across multiple portfolios within a global investor services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in fund accounting, financial services, or client operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and escalations.
