Job summary

IQ-EQ is a global investor services group driving administration, compliance, governance, data, and reporting. This role is the primary technical expert for complex fund accounting services, leading technical decisions and innovations while guiding client portfolios and advanced accounting modules.

You will review sophisticated outputs for accuracy and ensure adherence to standards and internal policies, while mentoring the team and shaping best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or external audit.
• Subject matter expert in technical accounting with knowledge of standards and final review of complex reports.
• Proficient in developing and reviewing SOPs, methodologies, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s technical authority on complex accounting matters.
• Perform final reviews of sophisticated accounting deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive technical excellence, establish best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Provide technical guidance and stakeholder support as the primary expert for client- and fund-specific matters.
