Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Lead to drive operational excellence within the fund accounting department. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure high-quality service and reporting.

The role focuses on people management, process efficiency, and accountability for team performance and client satisfaction, with hybrid work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
