IQ-EQ is a global investor services group delivering administration, compliance, governance, data and reporting solutions across 25 jurisdictions. This leadership role sits in Asset Owner Solutions and leads a 10–20 person fund accounting team, driving excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory-aligned outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accountancy/Finance with CPA preferred and 8+ years progressive experience.
• Experience leading 1-2 teams in fund accounting and client deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals by setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and supporting career growth and talent decisions.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and client-specific governance standards.
• Manage client relationships and act as the escalation point for complex issues, driving resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency through resource planning, workload allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Execute strategic and operational priorities by implementing team initiatives, supporting change management, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
