Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior leader to manage a 10-20 person fund accounting team within Asset Owner Solutions. You will drive operational excellence, oversee client satisfaction, and ensure outputs align with regulatory standards.

You will manage stakeholder relationships and guide strategic initiatives, reporting to senior leadership. The role emphasizes performance management, resource optimization, and process improvements, with a focus on high-quality deliverables and compliance across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance with CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience including 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance with SLAs.
• Manage client relationships; act as escalation point for complex issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency through resource planning, workload allocation, and KPI monitoring.
• Execute strategic priorities; implement team initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
