Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines in Pasig is seeking a leadership professional to drive operational excellence within the fund accounting department. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality accounting services.

You will lead, mentor, and optimize performance, oversee service delivery, and drive process improvements, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance while maintaining accountability for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CPA with degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of fund accounting professionals.
• Oversee operational performance and service delivery to meet client expectations.
• Build and manage client and cluster relationships as a key stakeholder contact.
• Direct resource allocation, capacity planning, and workflow management.
