Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior leadership professional to drive operational excellence within the fund accounting department in Manila. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality accounting services with a focus on people management and efficiency.

In this role you will lead performance, build client delivery capacity, oversee resource allocation, and implement strategic process improvements to sustain service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with 1–2 years leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Proficient in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables.
• Skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet client deadlines.
