Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding the Agency Distributions manpower and active new advisor
• Strengthen the Recruitment Capacity
• Develop platforms and programs to strengthen recruitment capability
• Develop platforms and programs to activate new recruits
• Governance of financed and non-financed programs
• Lead and develop recruitment team across distribution channels
• Collaborate with upper and mid management including regional partners
• Communicate strategy from top management down to agency distribution
• Design and implement recruitment campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with other departments and agency distribution
