Job summary

AIA Philippines in Makati seeks a senior head of recruitment to lead strategy, supervise the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment teams, and align with hiring managers on interview guides. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and risk compliance, with a strong emphasis on coaching and process excellence.

The ideal candidate has a long track record in people management and full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication, and presentation skills, and will be based at the Makati Head Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related course.
• With at least 10 years of experience in people management.
• With at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, volume and sales hiring position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must.
• Computer savvy.
• General understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Willing to be assigned in BPI-AIA Makati Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics.
• Supervise the recruiting, onboarding, and deployment team and report on its performance.
• Evaluate and suggest the best applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing channels and other recruitment hiring initiatives
• Forecast future hiring and deployment needs
• Advise and calibrate with the hiring managers on interviewing guide and techniques.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to manage employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation.
• Provide proper coaching, mentoring, and training activities to recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
• Responsible for reports, budget allocation, forecasting and risk & compliance management.
