Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in the Philippines seeks an experienced Workplace Operations leader to oversee end-user computing, IT service management, and digital workplace initiatives across a global environment.

You will drive standardization, monitoring, analytics, and automation using Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Power BI, and ServiceNow, ensuring security, compliance, and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in Workplace Operations, End-User Computing, or ITSM; global experience.
Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace and End-User Computing, incl. Microsoft 365.
Hands-on Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM/MECM); lifecycle and deployment experience.
Experience with DEX platforms, monitoring tools, and analytics.
ITIL Foundation preferred; ServiceNow experience; incident/problem/service request process.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, standardization, and lifecycle management of workplace tech and services.
Develop monitoring, analytics, dashboards, and DEX capabilities; drive data-based decisions.
Drive service optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration for efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders, cybersecurity, vendors, and providers to ensure security and usability.
Manage provider performance and foster stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
