Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram advertising and social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, or similar platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new digital marketing tools and trends

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
• Content Creation: Create promotional graphics, captions, videos, reels, and other digital content.
• Digital Advertising: Create and manage Facebook/Instagram and other digital advertising campaigns; monitor budgets and performance.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Generate potential customer leads and record inquiries and leads.
• Website & Online Presence: Assist in updating website content and promotional materials.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
