Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Admin, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
• Basic AI knowledge.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Support website updates and non-technical SEO initiatives.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Coordinate webinars, events, trade shows, and customer communications.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
