Outsourced in Manila is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Strategist (Brand & Digital) to lead planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels. You will translate brand strategy into practical campaigns to increase awareness, strengthen presence, and grow opportunities.

This role covers content strategy, digital marketing, social media planning, campaign development and audience engagement across the franchise network.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or content marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email and other channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Plan and coordinate content strategy for social media, email, website and video.
• Lead generation and funnel optimization to convert audience into leads and customers.
• Collaborate with Director and Creative Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency.
• Support franchise marketing campaigns and materials across the network.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve ROI.
