Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Application Analyst or Business Analyst in finance.
• Experience with digital banking or fintech applications.
• Knowledge of payments, loans, or reconciliation domain is desirable.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of complex business processes for digital applications.
• Drive requirements lifecycle: specs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Act as liaison between business units, IT, and vendors.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and long-term fixes for issues.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
