BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst based in Makati to bridge collaborations between the Business Unit and ITG. You will drive detailed business requirements, develop user test scripts, and craft robust business cases aligned with the technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of global banking experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work onsite in Makati to support timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
• At least 6 years of demonstrated global industry/banking experience with business casing, business analysis and requirements definition and user test script development.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the BU strategy and objectives.
• Proactively manage assigned pieces of work in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely/quality detailed Business Requirements and Business Case preparation, user test scripts preparation and execution.
• Ensure adherence of detailed Business Requirements preparation to standards.
• Provide inputs to continuously improve user test script development.
• Support effective project delivery as per defined speed/quality (e.g. timely UAT execution).
• Achieve high level satisfaction of the Business Unit in relation to IT services.
