This role supports the transformation of business requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with architects to ensure alignment with business expectations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in requirements delivery within financial services, including payment hubs and various settlement schemes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements.
• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects end-to-end (requirements gathering to deployment).
• Payment hub configuration experience is a must for Domestic, International, or Instant payment schemes.
• Prior implementation experience in SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, PesoNet, PhilPaSS, PDDTS, GSRT or InstaPay.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end payments lifecycle, from initiation till accounting and delivery to clearing house.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform.
• Work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution.
• Develop test cases, test data and assist in functional testing.
• Develop functional requirements based on business requirements.
• Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail the requirements.
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will address their business requirements.
• Develop a deeper understanding of business processes and outcomes.
• Map product features to functional requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Support product evaluation during the service definition phase.
• Manage changes in functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop test plans and data for the requirements and assist in functional testing.
• Ensure operational support aligns with business objectives and stated requirements.

Job Summary

• Understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed.
• Work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations.
• Develop test cases, test data and assist in functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop functional requirements, based on business requirements.
• Identify any gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail the requirements.
• Explain to business users how the proposed solution will address their business requirements.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business processes, business organization, and expected business outcomes.
• Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map these to the functional requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives.
• Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase.
• Manage the changes in functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop the test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements.
• Assist in conducting functional testing.
• Ensure the operational support processes are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus).
• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Payment hub configuration experience is a must for a minimum of one of the following: Domestic, International, or Instant payment schemes.
• Prior implementation experience in SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, PesoNet, PhilPaSS, PDDTS, GSRT or InstaPay.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end payments lifecycle, from initiation till accounting and delivery to clearing house.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
