Job summary

Triwill Group, in partnership with a client, is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist based in India to provide high-level technical support across a distributed, remote environment.

You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, OS, and mobile devices, while leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory. You will mentor junior staff and drive consistent service delivery while maintaining strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Senior desktop support with strong customer service skills.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, OS and mobile devices.
• Experience with M365, Azure, Intune and Active Directory.
• Mentor junior and outsourced team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support in a distributed remote environment.

• Troubleshoot devices across multiple platforms and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to ticket analytics and process improvements.
