Job summary

SYSTRA in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large civil engineering projects on-site in Metro Manila. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and multi-disciplinary coordination across civil, structural, utilities, architecture/landscape, MEPF, systems and interfaces.

You will manage stakeholders, contractors and consultants, drive risk and compliance, report progress, and mentor the project team to achieve safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in project management.
• PM/Construction Management certification is an advantage.
• Min 5–7 years in project management or related activities.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholders coordination and management.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
• Problem solving in integrated delivery environments; able to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects in scope, quality and budget.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones and schedules across disciplines.
• Prepare and manage project plans, work programs, and resources.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead coordination meetings to resolve interface issues.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on construction works.
• Manage budget, approvals, variation orders, and contract matters.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and authorities for approvals.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide progress dashboards and reports.
• Lead and mentor the project team, allocating responsibilities.
