• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with professional licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects within scope, quality, and budget.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and schedules for multidisciplinary works.
• Manage project plan, resources, progress, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and manage risk and changes.
