Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects. The role is based in Manila, with relocation or project assignment in the Philippines for the duration, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil/Structural engineering degree, 15+ years in large civil projects, and a PMP-style certification.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
Minimum 15 years in large-scale civil engineering projects, with ≥5 years in infrastructure/utility services.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and monitor progress.
Supervise project team and ensure compliance with Employer's requirements.
Oversee project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Report progress to senior management and lead regular strategy meetings.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to align on goals and resolve issues.
Liaise with Construction, Design, PM Support, and Contract Advisory teams.
Manage all project phases from design to completion and optimize resources and costs.
Review contractor schedules and progress reports; maintain cost/change controls.
