Job summary

SYSTRA in the Philippines is seeking a Senior/Lead Project Manager to deliver complex civil projects on schedule, within budget and to the required quality. The role oversees planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and risk management across civil, utilities, structures, MEPF, and interface works.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, mentor the project team, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards on site in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10–15 years in project management.
• PM/Construction Management certification is an advantage.
• Min 5–7 years in project management or related activities.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects per scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules across disciplines.
• Prepare and manage project plan, work program, and resource plan.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead coordination meetings and resolve interface issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on construction works.
• Manage budget, approvals, variation orders, and cost control.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and authorities for permits.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Lead and mentor project team and manage risk.
