Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, seeks an Operations Associate to support Derivatives and Middle Office processes. You will reconcile trades, liaise with brokers/custodians, and create wires for OTC instruments while maintaining SLA-driven performance.

The role requires 3+ years in Capital Markets, strong Excel/SQL skills, and willingness to work the graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM PH Time). Team-oriented and proactive candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Reconciliation, or related fund accounting.
• Basic instrument knowledge in equities, fixed income and derivatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with trade life cycle and settlements.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with SLA metrics.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support trading, investment, and reporting activities with scalable workflows.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for issue resolution and handoffs.
• Identify process efficiencies through cross-training and automation.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation.
• Handle additional responsibilities as the group expands.
• Assist in FX-related inquiries and ageing wire breaks resolutions.
• Assist in mailbox monitoring and cleanup.
