Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of business, product marketing, or strategy experience in banking/financial industry.
• Proven ability to lead strategic plans using qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Liabilities/Deposit to drive execution of deposits strategies for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate across enterprise, partnership, trade, and marketing to achieve goals.
• Optimize P&L outcomes and strengthen balance sheet.
• Work with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance to design customer-centric products with strong controls.
• Drive partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities and prepare business cases with other units.
• Oversee deposit governance including compliance, audit, risk management.
• Ensure controls minimize risk while meeting standards and regulations.
• Draft and update policies and procedures as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Facilitate build and testing of processes, systems and reporting.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Data Science, Liability Analytics, Finance, and Partnerships to grow deposits.
