Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a sales-focused banking professional in the Philippines to support the branch’s volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role includes assisting the Branch Manager to hit sales targets and preparing monthly/daily sales plans and reports.

The ideal candidate will be a Bachelor’s degree holder with strong strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation knowledge, capable of thriving in a banking sales environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program.
• Sales experience in a banking environment is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
