Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in banking or financial industry.
• Experience leading strategic plans using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of deposits strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with enterprise, partnership and marketing to reach goals.
• Optimize P&L outcomes and balance sheet strength.
• Design products with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance for best-in-class experience.
• Lead partnerships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities and prepare business cases with other units.
• Oversee governance including compliance, audit, fraud and risk management.
• Ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance across processes.
• Draft and update policies and procedures as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and competition.
• Facilitate development of operational processes, systems and reporting.
