B. Braun Philippines is seeking an experienced Demand Forecasting Leader to optimize inventory, improve service levels, and ensure OTIF delivery.

You will forecast across divisions, translate demand into supply plans, and drive SI&OP with cross-functional teams. The role requires a decade of planning experience, SAP APO proficiency, advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, and proven leadership to mentor the planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.
• Proven success managing demand in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; analytics/visualization tools a plus.
• Influential communicator with ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting - Lead forecasting across three sales divisions with accuracy and accountability.
• Supply Alignment - Translate demand signals into executable supply requirements for OTIF.
• SI&OP Leadership - Drive local SI&OP process with demand scenarios and trade‑offs.
• Sales Partnership - Collaborate with Sales to validate assumptions and integrate market intelligence.
• Performance Monitoring - Monitor forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and inventory health.
• Team Coaching - Mentor planners and reinforce best‑in‑class planning discipline.
