Job summary

Confidential in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Supply & Demand Manager to lead and optimize supply planning activities within a manufacturing setting. You will manage demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels, coordinating with Sales, Production, Procurement and Warehouses to ensure material availability.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience, with a preference for FMCG sector exposure and prior supervisory

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent understanding of MRP, inventory planning, safety stock, reorder points, and material availability.
• Experience in preparing and managing production plans based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Ability to analyze demand, capacity, stock levels, and material requirements and identify potential shortages in advance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehouses and other departments.
• Strong experience in coordinating cross-functionally to align supply and demand.
• Implement and monitor S&OP processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
