Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in the Philippines invites a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and support decisions through data-driven insights. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective planning and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Demand Planning or related roles, strong analytical skills, and experience working cross-functionally. Proficiency with SAP APO DP or Demantra, and Excel, PowerPoint, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related roles.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Experience with demand planning tools or systems such as SAP APO DP, Demantra, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using demand planning systems and established forecasting processes.
• Analyze historical and future demand inputs, including sales trends, promotions, product changes, and market activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and address forecasting gaps.
• Support new product launches, product transitions, and discontinuations by evaluating demand assumptions and business impact.
• Maintain accurate demand planning data and ensure timely updates of rolling forecasts.
• Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
