B. Braun Philippines is seeking an experienced Demand Forecasting Leader to optimize inventory, improve service levels, and ensure OTIF delivery.

You will forecast across divisions, translate demand into supply plans, and drive SI&OP with cross-functional teams. The role requires a decade of planning experience, SAP APO proficiency, advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, and proven leadership to mentor the planning team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.
• Proven success managing demand in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; analytics/visualization tools a plus.
• Influential communicator with ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting - Lead forecasting across three sales divisions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
• Supply Alignment - Translate commercial demand signals into executable supply requirements supporting OTIF performance.
• SI&OP Leadership - Drive the local SI&OP process, delivering demand scenarios, risks, and trade‑off recommendations.
• Sales Partnership - Collaborate with Sales to validate assumptions, challenge forecasts, and integrate market intelligence.
• Performance Monitoring - Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and inventory health.
• Team Coaching - Mentor and guide planners, reinforcing best‑in‑class planning discipline.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability with PowerBI; experience with analytics/visualization tools is a plus.

• Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred.
